SHIPPING POLICY

UK Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all retail orders within the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and scheduled fulfilment closures).

  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing prior to shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Times

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Weekend delivery is not currently available.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are processed individually through our fulfilment system.

  • Each subscription shipment is created as a separate order and cannot currently be combined with other orders or subscriptions.

  • If you wish to combine products into one shipment, you can manage your subscription by logging into your account and updating your subscription preferences.

Additional Information

  • Delivery times begin once an order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
