UK Returns & 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Standard Returns (Unopened Products)

You may return unopened and unused products within 28 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are returned in their original condition and suitable for resale.

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Opened Products)

We recognise that supplements may take time to evaluate. If you feel the product is not right for you, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase, even if the product has been opened or used.

To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 60 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Products should be used as directed.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair use. We reserve the right to refuse refunds where the policy is being misused or abused.

Unless the product is faulty, customers remain responsible for return shipping costs.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected where applicable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account after processing.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at reach@eludehealth.com and include photos where possible.

Where appropriate, we will:

  • arrange a replacement; or

  • provide a full refund.


Multiple Returns & Fair Use Policy

To protect against misuse, we reserve the right to limit excessive returns or refuse further refunds where a customer repeatedly uses the guarantee without reasonable cause.


International Orders

We currently accept international orders; however:

  • Customers outside the UK may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds for international orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Import duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping Issues

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier may require customers to contact the courier directly.

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refund.


Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders cancelled prior to dispatch will receive a full refund.
